DESCRIPTION
It involves the development of a master plan for a 21-hectare plot located in the Tegualda sector, in the Los Lagos Region, which will be necessary to determine the organization of the place, in such a way as to achieve harmony between the parts that are going to interact, such as buildings, common areas and equipment, defining vehicular access, parking areas, pedestrian traffic, among others.
On the one hand, the zoning and use of the place is defined with the location of 2 houses, 3 cabins, a barbecue area with hot tub, a stables, orchard sector, woodshed, chicken coop, roads, among others; and on the other hand, the preliminary design of fences, access gate, signage, pedestrian paths, and design of parking areas would be made.
