DESCRIPTION
3-story house located on the outskirts of Puerto Varas.
The house was built in a structure of impregnated pine wood and recycled native woods. The interior walls in general were clad with V-groove pine, grooved pine, and various recycled native woods.
The roof is made up of exposed trusses and trusses in oak wood and recycled laurel. For the interior pavements, mainly mañío wood floors were used.
Exterior cladding based on recycled larch tiles and oak tingle on some walls. Roof composed mainly of larch tiles, combined to a lesser extent by prepainted Zincalum plates.
Kommerling type PVC windows.
