This is an apartment that was built on the farm sheds to be used by the farm mechanic. It is located in the Vodudahue valley, at the end of the Comau fjord, next to the Pumalín National Park. The house rises on these sheds, constituting itself as a loft of these, and from where the entire work area of the factory and agricultural activities is dominated.
It was made with a main structure made up of pillars and beams of coigüe wood, for the rest only pine wood was used.
External cladding of walls based on larch tiles.
Zincalum sheets were used for the roof.
