4-story building that has 23 apartments, located on a hill from where you can see the entire city of Puerto Varas, volcanoes, and part of Lake Llanquihue.
The main structure is made up of reinforced concrete pillars, slabs, and beams. The roof is made up of exposed trusses and trusses in laminated wood.
For the interior pavements, engineering flooring was used for the apartments, and cement tiles for the circulations.
External cladding of walls based on tiles and fiber cement tingle, combined with cement stucco. Asphalt tile roof coating.
