Architecture project for the remodeling and expansion of an existing house, located in the Mulpulmo estate, in the town of Mulpulmo, in the commune of Osorno.
It is an existing construction of 509 m2, of which 416 m2 will be remodeled, in two floors, with reinforced concrete foundations and wooden structure for the rest of the house, which will be remodeled inside, in addition to a small extension of one of the bedrooms, among other things.
Full house maintenance in terms of exterior painting and minor repairs is also considered.
