Guanaco House

DESCRIPTION

It is a 2-story house that houses 3 independent apartments inside. A main one where the park's wildlife director lives, and another 2 minors located on the second floor, destined for park rangers.

The walls were made based on a reinforced masonry structure and the roof in pine wood. The wooden decking floors were also made with recycled spruce wood.

Exterior cladding in flagstone of the area. Tiled recycled copper cover. Raulí wood windows and doors.

Building designed with high energy efficiency standard, with continuous thermal envelope, solar energy system based on air solar panels.
